Observation

Isn't it the weirdest thing how babies can fall and fall and fall and never really get hurt? Princess is playing here in the office with me, and she keeps tripping over something invisible and falling down, and she never cries or seems to be bothered by the falling. If I fell even once like that I would be limping around and bruised and possibly broken.

Just an odd thing I noticed today.

Pictures and a post about my fun night last night, coming manana.

Unless you're Bubby. Poor thing fell tonight when he was trying to climb upon the coffee table and hit his arm. It was all red and swollen and he cried so hard. I felt so bad for him.

I think most of the time they don't get hurt because their bones are still soft. Lucky little buggers!

Or unless they're sick. Then every little object that touches them requires a good cry.

But I know what you mean. And it's not cold/flu season anymore so we don't have to think about that. (I just knocked on wood)

That reminds me of MAGGIE of the Simpsons!!

Oh yes, and they keep returning to the same object or place that hurt them! It's like they cannot RESIST!

totally know what you mean. Helene bumps her head BANG really hard on something, up she goes and carries on like nothing's happened... Unless, as raehan said, she's ill... then the smallest thing sets her off...
