A Concert Meme! Give it a Try!

I found this one over at Ficken Chingers and I am actually excited about this meme because I have seen sooo many concerts (although I guess the 50+ times I have seen Bon Jovi only counts as one???).

Here is how it works. Copy this list. Leave in the bands you've seen perform live. Delete the ones you haven't and add new ones that you have seen until you reach 25. An asterisk means the previous person had it on their list. Two asterisks means the last two people who did this before you had that band on their list.

1. Bon Jovi
2. Nine Inch Nails
3. Jane's Addiction
4. Lemonheads
5. Inxs*
6. Pearl Jam
7. Alice in Chains
8. John Mellencamp
9. Babes in Toyland
10. Marilyn Manson
11. Tesla
12. Matthew Sweet
13. Pantera
14. Whitesnake
15. Smashing Pumpkins
16. Rolling Stones
17. Paul McCartney
18. Skid Row
19. Counting Crows
20. They Might Be Giants
21. Dinosaur Jr.
22. Ice Cube
23. Goo Goo Dolls
24. Stone Temple Pilots
25. Lush

Ok, now its your turn!

I think I'll have to skip this one, because I don't think I've seen 25 bands in concert! I have seen NIN, Marilyn Manson, and TMBG from your list, though.

My hubby used to work security for events in Jacksonville, FL as a second job - he has seen more concerts for free than I care to think about! I'll send him a link to this meme!

My memory isn't good enough to make a list but I did meet my husband the night after he went to see Bon Jovi. I guess I owe the band more than a thank you for rasing me right in the 80's!

sadly, i cannot participate in this joyride. we didn't get to listen to the "devil's" music while growing up (they were more into big bands). so, i never developed the habit of, or looked forward to, going to concerts while in college or now.

i'm making up for this now by, hypothetically, downloading music at all hours. i love 80's revival - i've been searching for sunday service with 80's revival tunes and cocktails. got a lead?

so i don't know much about bon jovi or whitesnake, but ask me about the sounds of orchestral woodwinds or meditative gamelan, and that's a whole diffenent story.
